Where You'll Be.
This team will be in the Darién region of Panama. This is a rural/ tribal area. Specifically, this team will be serving amongst either the Kuna Yala or Emberá peoples.
Who You'll Partner With.
This trip will be facilitated directly by Send Us International (based in Eden, NC) Send Us International works alongside local church partners in Panama. CBC will indirectly support members of this team with resources and support raising help.
What You'll Do.
Serving could include prayer walks, VBS activities, seminars, and participating in church worship services.
Who Can Go.
- Team size: 10.
- Ages: 18+.
- Skills: a willing/ patient heart, and an able body.
- Other: Participants should be comfortable being uncomfortable as we serve in tribal communities with rustic living quarters (possible sleeping in hammocks) and language barriers.
What It Costs.
- Approximately ~$2,200 per participant.
- This number will become more precise as details are finalized.
- *Since this is a new partnership, participants on this trip may not receive normal CBC scholarship opportunities.
