Where can I find the schedule

You can download the Conference Handbook by CLICKING  HERE (or at the top of this webpage). The schedule is near the front of the handbook. 

When do I set up my table?

Please come to the church on Thursday, Nov 13 between 10am-2pm in order to set up your table. Everyone will have a 6ft table, tablecloth, and power outlet. Feel free to bring print material, decorations, banners, etc... Please let Kyle know if you need anything else! 

What's our first event?

Initially we'd planned to have a "Global Partner Rally" on Thursday at 5pm - but THIS HAS BEEN CANCELLED. 

INSTEAD - Our first event will start Thursday at 6:30pm (please arrive closer to 6). 
• Women will go to the 'Women's Tea & Dessert' event in the main auditorium.
• Men will have a hangout time across the street at the 'Life Center'

When should I "man" my table?

There's no expectation that you'll man your table at all, but we think it would be helpful for you to be near your table before and after large events/ services - these will be 'high traffic times." Consider being at your table before and after:
  • Women's Tea (Th. at 6:30)
  • All Saturday Events
  • All Sunday Services

What's Happening Friday?

You may notice in the conference handbook that there are no scheduled church events on Friday... That's because Friday is our 'Missionary Care Day.' Here's the schedule: 

  • 10:30am - Brunch
  • 11:15am - Men's & Women's fun activities
  • 3:00pm - Back to the church for a little rest
  • 5:00pm - Dinner (with a message from Randy Fairman)

* Please Note: Friday is an adults-only event. 

What's the "Meal Packing Event"?

On Saturday at 1:30, CBC will pack 40,000 meals for children in Sierra Leone Africa. You don't have to be there... but it could also be a fun opportunity to mingle with CBC folks (and invite them to your breakout at 4pm).

'Missionary Stories & Pizza' (Breakouts)

Missionary Stories & Pizza’ is YOUR time to share. Share (1) what you do, (2) give a field update, and (3) invite people’s support.

  • YOU DO NOT have to do a breakout. If you don't want to do a breakout, please let Kyle know ASAP.
  • Please Invite any supporting families you may have to come hear your update.
  • Expect 5-25 people. 
  • You'll have from 4:15-5:30pm. Please DO NOT use the whole time unless you plan to be very interactive. 
  • If you want to send me a title, please do that ASAP, otherwise we'll give your breakout a general title. 

When does the week end?

After third service on Sunday (ends around 12:45pm). Afterwards we'll have to say goodbye and hope to see you next year! 

Airport Transportation & Accommodations? 

For those of you flying in for the conference, we've assigned you a "host home" and someone to arrange your transportation to and from the airport. If you have questions, please reach out to Kyle. Your hosts will also have food and snacks for you. 

A note about GoTrips:

If we have a CBC GoTrip scheduled to partner with your ministry in 2026, please help us by actively inviting people to apply. YOU are one of our greatest weapons for motivating our church to participate in the Great Commission this coming summer. 

How should I dress?

Nothing fancy. Everyday wear is great unless you want to get spiffy.
