Where can I find the schedule?

You can download the Conference Handbook by CLICKING  HERE (or at the top of this webpage). The schedule is near the front of the handbook.

When do I set up my table?

Please come to the church on Thursday, Nov 12 between 10am-4pm in order to set up your table. Everyone will have a 6ft table, tablecloth, and power outlet. Feel free to bring print material, decorations, banners, etc... Please let Kyle know when you arrive so that someone can greet you.

What's our first event?

Our first event will start Thursday at 6:30pm (please arrive closer to 6 in order to interact with people at your table).
• Women will go to the 'Women's Tea & Dessert' event in the main auditorium.
• Men will have a hangout time across the street at the 'Life Center'

When should I "man" my table?

There's no firm expectation that you'll man your table at all, but we think it would be helpful for you to be near your table before and after large events/ services - these will be 'high traffic times." Consider being at your table before and after:
  • Women's Tea (Thurs. at 6:30pm)
  • Film Festival (Fri. at 6:30pm)
  • Potluck (Sat. at 5:30pm)
  • All Sunday Services (8:00, 9:30, 11:00)

What's Happening FRIDAY?

Friday is a [mostly] free day! There are no events until 6:30pm. So, you might:

  • Sleep in.
  • Explore.
  • Connect with friends and/ or supporters.
  • Catch up on work.
  • Go find some silence and solitude.

What's Happening SATURDAY MORNING?

Saturday morning is about our team connecting with you and enjoying a time of rest and fun! Here's the schedule:

  • 10:30am - Brunch
  • 11:15am - Men's & Women's fun activities
  • 3:00pm - Back to the church for a little rest
  • 5:30pm - Potluck Dinner

* Please Note: Friday is an adults-only event.

'Global Partner Panel'

The Global Partner Panel will happen on Saturday evening. This is YOUR time to share! We'll give you a heads up about the types of questions we plan to ask you. With so many partners present, please don't be surprised if you're only asked to field 1 or 2 questions.

When does the week end?

After third service on Sunday (ends around 12:45pm). Afterwards we'll have to say goodbye and hope to see you next year!

Airport Transportation & Accommodations?

For those of you flying in for the conference, we've assigned you a "host home" and someone to arrange your transportation to and from the airport. If you have questions, please reach out to Kyle. Your hosts will also have food and snacks for you.

A note about GoTrips:

If we have a CBC GoTrip scheduled to partner with your ministry in 2026, please help us by actively inviting people to apply. YOU are one of our greatest weapons for motivating our church to participate in the Great Commission this coming summer.

How should I dress?

Nothing fancy. Everyday wear is great unless you want to get spiffy.
