Local Mission

The purpose of Local Mission at Community Bible is to help people grow in their relationship with Christ by serving in the local community.

Serve with Local Ministry Partners

As part of Local Mission, Community Bible supports 7 local ministries in the High Point and Triad Area. From feeding the homeless to ministering to refugee families, Community Bible desires to reach all people, in all walks of life, to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.

We aim to accomplish our purpose through Local Ministry Partnerships, Community Events, Project Serve and Backyard Bible Club.

Project Serve

Teams will gather at 8am in the CBC parking lot for coffee and doughnuts before praying and heading out to various job sites around our city. Each team will work from 9am- 12pm. With this registration you will find a list of various work sites with project details. Mark your calendars & watch for registration!

Afghan Crisis Needs | World Relief

Due to the incredible need of 70,000 Afghans seeking a new home, job, school, and community in the coming months, World Relief is poised to assist in resettling 10% of these arrivals. Thus 7,000 Afghans will be resettled across World Relief’s national network of 17 offices. In order to play our part in sharing this load and responding with the love and welcome of Jesus, World Relief Triad is planning to welcome 10 Afghan families (roughly 30-40 individuals) to be resettled in the Triad area.

World Relief

Community Bible partners with World Relief Triad to welcome refugees, immigrants, and survivors of human trafficking with services and support that help to restore lives and bring hope.
